No. Belt Cable Universal is designed to charge only one device at a time. 

The benefit of Belt Cable Universal is that you no longer need three separate cables to charge Apple Lightning, USB-C, and Micro-USB devices. Essentially, Belt Cable Universal is a USB-A to Micro-USB cable, with Micro-USB to USB-C, and Micro-USB to Lightning adapters that are tied to the cable itself, so you never lose them.  If you are charging a USB-C or Lightning device with Belt Cable Universal, please ensure the adapter is plugged into the Micro-USB connector on the cable.
