My Fast GaN Charger isn’t working, or one port won’t chargeUpdated 6 hours ago
Issues: charger not working, charger dead, no power, USB-C port not charging
If your charger has stopped working, or one of its ports isn’t charging, these checks will help you find out whether the problem is the charger, the cable or the device.
1. Try another wall outlet. Plug the charger directly into the wall, not a power strip or travel adapter.
2. Try another cable. Use a USB-C cable you know works and that is rated for your device’s charging power.
3. Test each port. Connect one device at a time to each port to see if only one port is affected.
4. Reset the charger. Unplug all devices, unplug the charger from the wall for 1 minute, then reconnect one device.
5. Check what you’re charging. When several devices are connected, power is shared between the ports, so a laptop may charge more slowly. [CONFIRM: power-sharing behaviour per model]
⚠️ Stop using the charger right away if it smells of burning, makes crackling noises, or is visibly damaged. Contact us and we’ll help.
