On my Windows laptop, I get a blue screen after plugging into my external display with Belt HDMIUpdated a year ago

Certain Windows laptops have been found to be incompatible. This is not a problem with the cable, but rather, the laptop’s graphics card which does not have a proper USB-C integration. This is expected to become increasingly rare with newer graphics card generations.

We suggest checking for graphics driver updates, which may solve this issue. If this issue is still occurring after a graphics driver update, please contact out Customer Service team, and share your detailed computer model information so we may further look into this for you.
