The LED on my Jump+ Wireless Powerbank is flashing/blinking green. What does that mean?Updated a year ago

If Jump+ detects a foreign object which could interfere with normal charging, it will trigger a safety mechanism called Foreign Object Detection (FOD), and the LED will flash green. This blinking green light could mean a variety of things:

  • Your device is not compatible with wireless charging.

Please please check our Is my device compatible with wireless charging? article if you are unsure of compatibility.

  • Your device is not properly centered on the wireless charging coil.

Please fully remove the device from Jump+ and place it back on the center of the Jump+.

  • Something metallic is interfering with charging.

Please check for any metallic objects that may be on the wireless charging pad (such as keys or credit cards) and remove them.
