Why doesn’t my POP Phone work with my iPhone?Updated 3 hours ago
When first connecting, your iPhone will ask if you’re using “Headphones” or “Other Device.” To work properly, POP Phone must be set up as “Headphones”.
If “Other Device” is selected, the connection will fail. If this happens, simply reset it:
Step 1: Go to Settings on your iPhone, scroll down to “Sound & Haptics”.
Step 2: Scroll down and tap “Headphone Safety”.
Step 3: Tap “USB Audio Accessories”.
Step 4: Select “Forget all USB audio accessories”.
Step 5: Reconnect your POP Phone. When prompted again, make sure to choose “Headphones”.
