How do I clean the Desk Mat?

Desk Mat is designed to be easy to clean. Simply wipe with a soft cloth dampened in water then wipe dry with a clean cloth. If needed, take care in using a mild washing detergent or soap (alcohol ≤ 75%), but do take care in avoiding alcohol exposure

How do I remove the waves and memory?

While designed to unroll naturally, it helps to roll Desk Mat in the opposite direction to release any "memory" of the rolled shape. In the case of any residual waves, place heavy items such as books or a laptop to flatten fully.
