My iPhone and charger become warm when charging. Should I be concerned?Updated a year ago

Not at all. An increase in temperature is a normal byproduct of Qi or MagSafe wireless charging. In general, electronics can support much higher temperatures (as compared to what human skin would consider warm or hot), and the devices and chargers have built-in temperature sensors which will protect the devices and regulate charging temperatures well before they risk any damage to your device or charger.
