My phone doesn't stick to the Rise Dock | MagSafe Compatible - how do I fix this?Updated a year ago

If your iPhone is falling off from the Rise Dock, please check the following:

Your iPhone should be MagSafe compatible. Currently, that only includes iPhone 12 mini, iPhone 12, iPhone 12 Pro, iPhone 12 Pro Max, iPhone 13 mini, iPhone 13, iPhone 13 Pro, iPhone 13 Pro Max, iPhone 14, iPhone 14 Plus, iPhone 14 Pro, iPhone 14 Pro Max, iPhone 15, iPhone 15 Plus, iPhone 15 Pro, and iPhone 15 Pro Max.

Make sure your MagSafe charger is sitting flush with the surface of the Rise Dock. It should not be pushed so far deep that the MagSafe puck is lower than the surface of the Rise Dock.

If you are using an iPhone case, ensure it is MagSafe compatible (it should either have built-in magnets, or be extremely thin so that it does not interfere with the built-in magnets in your iPhone 12 / iPhone 13 / iPhone 14 / iPhone 15) Be sure to try removing your case to see if the issue persists.

If none of the solutions above work, please contact our Customer Service team, who will be happy to help! Be sure to tell them the troubleshooting steps you performed above.
