How do I use Rise Dock | MagSafe Compatible?

No, Rise Dock is designed as a stand for your Apple MagSafe Charger (not included). It will not charge your iPhone on its own.

Will Rise Dock | MagSafe Compatible charge my iPhone directly?

If your iPhone is falling off from the Rise Dock, please check the following: Your iPhone should be MagSafe compatible. Currently, that only includes iPhone 12 mini, iPhone 12, iPhone 12 Pro, iPhone 12 Pro Max, iPhone 13 mini, iPhone 13, iPhone 13

Currently, that only includes iPhone 12 mini, iPhone 12, iPhone 12 Pro, iPhone 12 Pro Max, iPhone 13 mini, iPhone 13, iPhone 13 Pro, iPhone 13 Pro Max, iPhone 14, iPhone 14 Plus, iPhone 14 Pro,&#xA0;iPhone 14 Pro Max, iPhone 15, iPhone 15 Plus, iPhone 15 Pro, and iPhone 15 Pro Max.Make sure your MagSafe charger is sitting flush with the surface of the Rise Dock. Rise Dock | MagSafe Compatible will only work with magnetic iPhone cases, such as our Clic Canvas | MagSafe Compatible for iPhone 12, Clic Classic | MagSafe Compatible and Clic Pop for iPhone 13 which include built-in magnets in the case.  It will

Rise Dock | MagSafe Compatible will only work with magnetic iPhone cases, such as our Clic Canvas | MagSafe Compatible for iPhone 12, Clic Classic | MagSafe Compatible, Clic Pop for iPhone 13 and (Re)Classic Case for iPhone 14 which include built-in magnets in the case. 
It will also work with ultra-thin iPhone cases, such as our Clic Air, where the iPhone case does not interfere with the built-in magnets in the iPhone 12.

Will Rise Dock | MagSafe Compatible work with my phone case?
