When charging wirelessly, my device is charging intermittently (charging turns on and off repeatedly)Updated a year ago

This typically happens if the phone is not well centered on the charger (the device’s charging coil is not placed exactly on the center of the charging pad’s charging coil). 

Please note that a thick phone case, or weak wall charger can further decrease the size of the placement area. Please review the charging coil position for your device, so you know where to place it for wireless charging: Drop Wireless Drop XL Wireless Dock Wireless.

If the problem persists, please remove your phone case, and ensure you are using a QC or PD wall adapter as a power source (≥9V, 1.67A). 

If the phone is put on vibration mode, the charging alignment may be affected, as the phone may vibrate off of the charging coil over time. We strongly suggest turning off the vibration, or turning on Do Not Disturb when wireless charging. 

Please note that when charging AirPods and AirPods Pro, it is normal that the white LED flashes on and off occasionally during the charging process.
